1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery
  • Product significantly different from the description

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used mattresses
  • Customized size mattresses
  • Made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during transit, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Replacement of the defective component
  • Store credit (if applicable)

The decision will be based on our inspection and verification process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in cases where:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Product is unavailable after order confirmation

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Custom-made mattresses and special orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, installation charges, handling charges, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Inspection Process

All return and replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team. Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, and other supporting information.
