Privacy policy

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your delivery address and, if you give them for a GST invoice, your business name and GSTIN.
• What you order, and the status of your payment (we keep the payment reference, never your card or UPI details).
• What you write in an enquiry or bulk-order form or send us on WhatsApp, and any reviews, photos or videos you submit.
• If you create an account: your email and a password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form.

• To take, confirm, deliver and invoice your order.
• To contact you about it by phone, email or WhatsApp — order confirmation, tracking details, cancellation.
• To answer your enquiries and give you a quote.
• To keep the records we need for tax and accounting.

Only the people who need it to serve you:

• Razorpay, which processes online payments.
• The transport or courier company that delivers your order (your name, phone number and delivery address).
• Our WhatsApp Business messaging service, to send you the messages above.
• Our website hosting and image storage providers, who store the information on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information.

The site keeps your cart and wishlist, and if you sign in, your sign-in, on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so that it works when you move between pages. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information for as long as we need it to serve you.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing support@hotelmattressindia.com. We will do it, except for records we are required to keep.

Our site is served over HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own password private.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
