Shipping & delivery policy

We deliver across India, shipped from V-195, Arvind Nagar, Ghonda, Delhi.

• Some products are marked "Free shipping" on their product page — if every item in your cart is one of these, your order ships free.
• Otherwise, the delivery charge depends on the mattress(es) ordered and your delivery city, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Until a delivery charge can be worked out for your city, orders of ₹20,000 and above ship free and a flat ₹999 applies below that.

You can pay for your order online at checkout, or choose cash / card on delivery.

Our team calls to confirm every order before it is dispatched, and will tell you the expected dispatch time at that call.

When your order leaves our dispatch point we send you the transport or courier name and the tracking / LR number, so you can follow it.

If your order is delayed, damaged or incomplete, contact us on WhatsApp or email support@hotelmattressindia.com with your order number. Our team looks at each case and tells you what happens next.
