This website is run by Hotel Mattress India (SPRING TOUCH), V-195, Arvind Nagar, Ghonda, Delhi. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

• All prices are in Indian rupees. Whether a product's price includes GST or GST is added at checkout is shown on that product's page.
• For a bulk order (hotels, hostels, institutions), use the bulk enquiry form and we will quote you against your quantity and delivery city.

• You can pay online (card, UPI, netbanking or wallet, processed by Razorpay) — we never see or store your card details — or choose cash / card on delivery.
• Our team confirms every order by phone before it is dispatched.
• We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver to the address given; we will tell you the reason.

These are covered in the Refund & cancellation policy. For any problem with an order, contact us and our team will help.

When you place an order or send an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, email or WhatsApp — for example to confirm your order, share tracking details or tell you about a cancellation.

If you create an account, please keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Reviews, photos and videos you send us are checked before they appear on the site. By sending them you allow us to display them on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
